experience and a full-service bar with carefully crafted cocktails.
Job Summary: As a Line Cook at the Bistro on 7, you will be responsible for preparing
and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that each dish is consistent with
our menu specifications and quality expectations. You will work efficiently in a fast-
paced environment and collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional
dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
 Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to our menu
recipes and standards.
 Station Management: Manage a designated station on the line, including
maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
 Quality Control: Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to the
restaurant’s quality and safety standards.
 Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and
efficient food service.
 Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory for your station,
including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
 Health & Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including
proper handling and storage of food items.
 Cleanliness: Ensure work area is kept neat and clean at all times. This includes
your work area and all other areas of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
 Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
environment.
 Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen
equipment.

 Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
 Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
 Manual dexterity and coordination to operate kitchen equipment and tools.
